Our one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments feature generous living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or courtyards, and many enjoy beautiful water views. Guests also have access to a range of quality onsite facilities, including a heated swimming pool, fully equipped gym, BBQ area and secure undercover parking. Check-out time – 10.00 am.</li><li>Balance of account is payable on arrival and not subject to refunds. This balance will be charged to the credit card provided on or after check-in.</li><li>15 days or longer, notice of cancellation or part cancellation is required for a deposit to be refundable.</li><li>All refunded deposits are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</li><li>50% Deposit is required at time of original booking for CHRISTMAS, EASTER, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and “SPECIAL EVENTS” (ie: Ironman, Half Ironman, Touch Football etc.)</li><li>-THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining 50% of the tariff is payable on arrival.</li><li>Cots &amp; High Chairs must be pre-booked. Charges apply.</li><li>Apartments are serviced weekly for stays longer than 7 nights.</li><li>Guests are responsible for any fees or charges incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage to the unit or common property resulting from their stay, including any additional cleaning repairs or replacement items – in particular any stains or marks caused to carpets.</li><li>Northpoint Apartments is a non-smoking complex.</li><li>Strictly no pets allowed.</li><li>Apartments are for accommodation only. Prior management approval is required for any function or party.</li><li>Weather Conditions:&nbsp;Bookings are not subject to weather conditions. We cannot control the weather therefore; there will be no refunds or part refunds due to weather conditions.</li><li>Balcony Hours: After 10pm we ask all guests to come inside off the balconies, so noise does not disturb other guests.</li><li>Northpoint Apartments will not be responsible or held liable for any damages or loss of goods or valuables, including any cars parked in the carpark, during your occupancy of the property.&nbsp;</li><li>There is a $120 (+gst) replacement charge per key/s &amp; security fob/s that are lost or not returned on departure day.</li><li>E-bike/scooters (E-bikes) batteries (lithium-ion batteries) can only be charged in the designated area located in the parking garage on level 1.&nbsp;DO NOT&nbsp;charge these batteries in any other part of this building, including units or balconies.&nbsp;</li><li>Please note that a $200 credit card pre-authorisation is required on check-in &amp; bookings for Friday &amp; Saturday nights, long weekends &amp; certain events are subject to a $500 credit card pre-authorisation on check-in. Guests without a credit card will be required to pay a cash bond upon arrival at the hotel.</li></ul>

The 2-bedroom apartments are perfect for families or small groups of up to four with an extra-large double bed and two single beds across two spacious bedrooms with a full kitchen and private laundry. If you prefer to be on the lower levels whilst still having a glimpse of the water from your private balcony, then this is the ideal apartment for you. Equipped with everything you need in your home away from home, including a spacious kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two bathrooms, one with a low set bath making this a suitable option for those with young children. All apartments have free Wi-Fi and one private parking space.

2 Bedroom - Level 3 & 4

If you’re travelling with a larger group, or just wanting some extra space to spread out the Three Bedroom Apartments are suitable for up to six guests. Most three bedroom apartments have two extra-large double beds and two single beds across two spacious bedrooms with a full kitchen and private laundry. Whether it’s a short stay or a longer trip, there is everything you need to feel right at home. Feel the stresses of everyday life slip away, as you sit back and relax in the bright open lounge area. Two separate bathrooms allows you the luxury of your own space and the laundry facilities make those longer stays more comfortable. All apartments have free Wi-Fi and one private parking space.

3 Bedroom Executive - Level 3-5

Accessibility is key in this three-bedroom apartment located on level 8 and sleeping up to six guests with an extra-large double bed and four single beds spread across three spacious bedrooms. The entire unit is wheelchair accessible including the wet room bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make this your ‘home away from home’.
